1. I strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services! I inspect our work before leaving your home. Occasionally and without intention I may miss something. We’re all human & never perfect. (But I do try my best!) If after you return home, you find something wrong, please contact me within 24 hours so the issue can be corrected. Refunds are not offered as I work very hard.
2. I provide all equipment and supplies. Which are eco friendly!
3. I normally work by myself or with 1 other person, please be patient with them, they are most likely training.
4. I understand that there are changes in schedules in our busy lives. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or cancelled, I ask that clients notify (2) days in advance. This gives opportunity to fill that spot and keep a full schedule. If a clean is not cancelled or changed within 48 hours, you will be charged a 100$ fee.
5. Full payment is required upon completion of service. If left unpaid through 24 hours, you will be charged an 50$ late fee. If left unpaid through 48 hours, all further cleanings will be cancelled and legal action will be taken.
6. If the booking is not confirmed by the night prior to the booking it will be canceled and 50% of deposit will be refunded. All confirmation texts are sent out either the Sunday or day prior to booking.
